Cindy Wang is the Partner of Ernst & Young in Assurance Services. She is sophisticated in local and international financial reporting standards, business and tax compliance, and The Sarbanes-Oxley.
She has extensive experience in financial and tax advisory and has led numerous auditing services for local and foreign enterprises, including the audits of overseas capital raising by ECB and GDR issuance.
Cindy is the Bachelor of Accounting at Tunghai University and EMBA of the University of Texas. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Taiwan and California.
