Bob Chang is the Assurance Services Partner of Ernst & Young. He spearheads the assurance services including internal control audit, accounting, tax, assurance and advisory to banking, insurance, securities, retail, foods, cultural and creative as well as manufacturing industries.
Bob is knowledgeable in internal control mechanism and key accounting issues of banking, insurance and securities companies by providing tailor made professional services.
Bob is the Bachelor of Accounting from Chinese Culture University and EMBA of Finance from National Taiwan University.

Bob is well equipped with prominent experience and profession in IFRS conversion advisory services. He is keen to share his professional knowledge, insights and experience to industry practitioners regarding IFRS conversions.
He currently serves as the IFRS instructor for Taipei CPA Association, Accounting Research and Development Foundation and Taiwan Insurance Institute.
