Aaron Wu is the Managing Director of EY Strategy and Transaction Inc . He dedicates to transaction advisory practice for over a decade and has wide experience of financial due diligence for a broad range of industries, including banking and insurance sectors, technology, manufacturing and medical service.
Aaron has led a variety of due diligences for private equity firms, including various consumer product retail, shipbuilding, machinery, auto parts, aerospace components, electric scooter, materials, AI, AR, cloud computing, leasing, medical services, hospitality, etc.
Aaron holds the Master of Finance from the National Chiao Tung University and the Bachelor of Business Administration from the National Cheng-Chi University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Taiwan.

Aaron has led more than 100 financial due diligence engagements with transactions ranging in size from US$1 million to over US$2 billion, many of which were cross-border transactions.
