Vikram is EY-Parthenon Partner, Strategy and Transactions at Ernst & Young Solutions LLP in Singapore. His experience spans geographies, competencies and industries, including a focus on some of the largest accounts in Asia for the consumer, health care, industrial and resources sectors.
Highly experienced in strategy, commercial diligence, merger integration and divestment work, Vikram is active in wide-ranging operational turnaround and transformation projects. He is responsible for strategy and portfolio analysis, corporate finance, infrastructure financing, restructuring and turnaround, valuation, and business modeling.
Vikram is co-author of Asian Mergers and Acquisitions: Riding the Wave. He holds a BS in Economics from Colgate University and an MS in Economics from Tufts University.
