Veron is EY Asean and Singapore Risk Consulting Leader and a consulting partner at Ernst & Young Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore.
She has vast experience in governance, risk management, internal audit, business process improvement, and financial and operational process reviews in multiple industries. More recently, she has been involved in third-party risk management and compliance reviews, helping organizations fulfill their objectives in managing third parties to full efficacy.
Additionally, she leads business process improvement projects for companies’ digital transformation journeys and helps address increasing demand for sustainability internal controls and risk management reviews.
Veron has international experience leading large-scale projects with a high degree of complexity for major companies across the Asia-Pacific region, Europe and the Americas.
She also leads pre-IPO listing reviews for corporations in various sectors for the Hong Kong and Singapore exchanges.
Veron graduated from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, with a bachelor’s in Accountancy.
