Kenneth is a director at Atlas Asia Law Corporation with extensive experience in the legal aspects of M&A transactions, restructuring exercises and private equity investments.
He regularly advises multinational groups, private and listed companies, private equity firms and family offices on a range of domestic and cross-border transactions. These include acquisitions and divestments of businesses, restructuring and legal entity rationalization exercises, joint ventures, as well as venture capital and private equity investments.
He also advises companies on general corporate regulatory and compliance matters.
Kenneth is a practicing Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and holds an LLB (Hons) from the National University of Singapore.
