Rickard is an Associate Partner at EY, within the Transaction and Strategy group. He has more than 15 years of experience in providing transaction advice on both buy and sell side transactions and has led over 200 projects in the Nordics and on the ground across Europe, Asia and the US.
In his role, Rickard focuses on financial due diligence and general deal advice, always backed with a combination of an analytical mindset and vast deal experience. His solution-focused approach is appreciated by both buyers and sellers and bodes well for efficient and trust-based discussions with various stakeholders.
Rickard has a Master of Science in Business and Economics from Uppsala University. He has also lived in Canada, US and the Middle East.
How Rickard is building a better working world
Rickard grew up playing team sports and has a strong conviction that people are stronger together. Dedicated to helping his junior colleagues grow professionally, he makes sure that they are continuously exposed to new challenges and given sufficient space to grow in their roles.
