Katrin Norell is Head of Tax and Law Sweden and Head of Global Mobility Sweden. She is also a Certified Tax Advisor by FAR.
Before joining EY in 2006, Katrin worked as a tax officer at the Swedish tax authorities.
She has a master’s degree in law (LL.M) from the University of Stockholm and studied international tax laws, comparative law, and IT law at the University of Aix en Provence, France.
Katrin is specialized in cross-border individual tax and social security and has many years of work experience with national and international taxes. She has extensive experience as an advisor on expatriate issues, cross-border expatriate tax advisory, social security, and payroll tax, including employer obligation and liabilities.
Katrin also has broad experience of incentive programs, both from a compliance perspective and from managing programs.
