Sharon Hilgers is sharing her passion for jewelry making with the world.

Sharon Hilgers started her business from her attic and built it into an empire that sells jewelry, personal accessories, clothing, home accessories and gifts. As founder and owner of My Jewellery, she credits her success to a sharply thought-out concept and gathering good people around her. Today, the company has more than 700 employees and 27 boutiques across Europe.

To Sharon, entrepreneurship means always looking ahead and discovering new things. Her motto is to do what you like and what makes your heart beat faster. Following her passion for making jewelry, she started the My Jewellery online store to showcase her designs. It was such an overwhelming commercial success that she quit her job as a French teacher to work full-time on My Jewellery. 

Sharon believes that tomorrow’s generations should have something to celebrate, and she embraces her responsibility for the future with a promise to make better choices. For example, she says that sustainability is a continuous process and sees every day as a new opportunity to do more. She hopes to inspire young women with her purpose and products.
