Monica is the EY Americas Corporate Sustainability Leader. She works with clients to develop their approaches for driving sustainable growth and leads EY Americas corporate sustainability strategy development and execution.
In her prior role as EY Global Long-Term Value Leader, she worked with clients to develop strategies for providing long-term growth and with internal leaders across the organization to activate the EY purpose of building a better working world for more than 330,000 people, EY clients and society. In her Digital and Knowledge Transformation roles, she shaped EY digital strategy and built new capabilities required to provide distinctive insights to clients, teams and external audiences.
Before joining the EY organization, she was the Director of Digital Solutions for a management consulting firm in Washington, DC, New York and London.
Monica holds a master’s degree in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and a bachelor’s degree in Politics from Princeton University.
