Combining her experience in both global and Americas leadership roles, Carolyn advises clients on a range of trends in the legal services industry, as well as ways to combine technology and process into the delivery of legal services.
She has more than 24 years of extensive experience in developing and implementing efficient business models and legal entity structures, managed service programs, reorganizations and change management. Having lived and worked in the US, UK, France and Brazil, she has served some of the market-leading companies in the world.
With the breadth of her experience, Carolyn brings EY clients an in-depth knowledge of the services and technical knowledge across EY member firms, and provides effective options to clients.
She has earned a JD and MBA from Albany Law School of Union University.
