Carmen leads the Technology and Cybersecurity practice in EY Romania and Moldova, focusing on serving her clients into innovative ways for reaching competitive advantage and designing new business models.
Since she joined EY in 2012, Carmen was working on CxC Agenda to enable strategic change and digital transformation across Industries, architecting enterprises and implementing modern technologies within many organizations.
Prior to EY, Carmen worked for a Global Technology Leader for 13 years, leading multidisciplinary teams for promoting and implementing newest Hi-Tech solutions for he clients.
Carmen started her career as Physics teacher and then moved into technology business where she reached 20+ years IT projects development experience.
Her business education and skills covers Strategy, Marketing in Complex Environment, Change Management and HR. Carmen is certified in Project Management, Business Process Modeling, and Togaf training.
Her focus area is Digital Agenda, Enterprise Architecture, IoT, new technologies for new revenue streams, while protecting against Cyber fraud.
Carmen has a MSc in Nuclear Physics, University of Bucharest and a MBA at Open University, UK.
She has also a University certification for Governance and Internal Audit for Public Institution from Faculty of Public Administration in Bucharest.
