Bogdan is the country managing partner of the fast-growing local practices of EY in Romania and Moldova and also the Chief Operating Officer of EY in Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia (CESA), a region that includes 29 countries, among which Poland, Czech Republic, Greece, Turkey and Hungary.
He has over 23 years of experience in audit, transaction and consulting services.
Bogdan has advised the boards of several international and domestic companies undergoing transformation and is an active contributor in various forums focusing on governance, entrepreneurship and innovation.
Bogdan holds a degree in Cybernetics and Economic Forecast from the University of Economic Studies in Bucharest and a master’s degree in applied Microeconomics from the University of Orleans, France. Also, he attended various education programs at several prestigious institutions, such as Harvard Business School, Kellogg School of Management, London Business School and has recently graduated the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program.

In his leadership role at EY, Bogdan has been leading the digital transformation of our practices and pushing the innovation at every stage.
He is a strong advocate of entrepreneurship in Romania, getting involved in professional projects and think-tanks that facilitate strategic assistance to entrepreneurs across the country. Furthermore, Bogdan has launched the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year competition in Romania, helping local entrepreneurs get recognition for their achievements at world scale and connecting them to an international network of exceptional, like-minded people.
