Ove Svejstrup, a Partner at EY in Guernsey and a regular participant in the festival, highlights why this sponsorship is important to EY:
“We’re delighted to be continuing our sponsorship of the EY Easter Running Festival for another year. The health and wellbeing of our people has always been a priority for us, so we’re proud to be sponsoring an event within our local community which has a positive impact on the physical and mental health of so many. Whether you’re new to running, or training for an upcoming race, the festival is a fantastic opportunity for everyone to get outside over the Easter weekend and be part of such a great event with family, friends and colleagues.”
Graham Merfield, Chairman of the Guernsey Athletics Club, added:
"We're excited to announce the return of the EY Easter Running Festival, and we extend our gratitude to EY for their continued support. Anticipating a strong turnout from both the local community and visitors during the Easter weekend, this inclusive event welcomes runners of all ages and abilities. Participants can choose to take on a single event or compete throughout the weekend, offering a unique opportunity to experience our picturesque island scenery."
