Teun specialises in private equity and supports both Dutch and international investors and their portfolio companies in dealing with transactions, acquisition and sales processes, due diligence investigations, and (re-)financing issues.
He studied Accountancy at NIVRA/Nyenrode Business University and has worked at EY since 2012. Teun has worked abroad for two years and is frequently involved in transactions in various countries and continents.
