“What exactly am I focusing on at the moment? That’s what all fast-growing company entrepreneurs ask themselves. Whether it’s about process improvements or hiring people - and everything in between. Each stage in the growth phase calls for different choices. I’m their sparring partner and help them maintain the balance between all the growth pillars, so that they can further professionalize their company.”
How Erik is building a better working world
“I often say that I’ve got the best job at EY. I work with passionate entrepreneurs every day who want to make an impact with fantastic new products. In the case of Dutch entrepreneurs, the impact is definitely social - making the world a better place. Their courage, vision and drive are infectious. And I like contributing to that at EY.”
