Dolores van Dongen is EY Netherlands Mandarin speaking Business Development Sr. Manager and Sinologist at the China Desk.
She has worked in China for 20 years and has in-depth knowledge of China’s culture and business environment. She is able to build bridges between China and the Netherlands.
Dolores joined EY in 2007 and is co-leading China Business Services for inbound Chinese enterprises in the Netherlands.
How Dolores is building a better working world
When Dolores returned from China to the Netherlands after 20 years, she experienced how expats a had to deal with starting a new working life in Europe. Therefore she is able to relate to her Greater Chinese customers with personal insights.
Dolores is part of the EMEIA China Overseas Investment Network core team and works closely with other EMEIA offices to bring EY’s services to our Greater China clients. She has an extensive network of Chinese clients and also offers Sino-Dutch culture differences workshops to teach Greater Chinese clients to be successful in a new country.
