Complaints and Whistleblowers
EY is committed to a constructive culture where issues can be raised, expressed and resolved. Before using any of the reporting mechanisms, please consider whether you can raise the issue directly with someone at EY.
If an amicable solution is not feasible, a report or complaint can be filed.
The EY Reporting Regulations are there for filing complaints and filing (whistleblower) reports. There are arrangements for:
- reports/complaints about (employees of) EY Accountants B.V.
- reports/complaints about employees of EY Accounting, Compliance & Reporting B.V.
In all other cases, EY Netherlands' regulations apply.
There are a number of ways to submit complaints or abuses to us. The complaint or report can be made in writing to:
