Within EY Global Financial Services, Nicole is the Insurance Business Transformation Leader particularly focused on life insurance technology transformation.
Having held various operating model strategy and implementation roles, she has more than 25 years of consulting experience. She has extensive knowledge in property, casualty and life insurance.
Initiatives she has focused on include strategic and technology assessments, target operating model design and roadmap and business case development. She has led assessments at large and medium-sized insurance carriers based in 12 different countries.
Nicole received her BS in Management Information Systems and Finance from Marquette University.
