Francesco Toselli
Francesco is Partner Claims & Disputes of EY's Forensic & Integrity Services department, conducting his professional activity between the Rome office, for which he is responsible, and the Milan office
Before joining EY's Forensic & Integrity Services department, Francesco has been a member of the Milan Audit Department for more than ten years, with extensive experience as manager of projects for international groups and companies listed on the Italian Stock Market.
Francesco has extensive experience in projects related to the determination and quantification of losses in litigations and in projects related to claims, fraud investigations and due diligence for the quantification of economic damage.
Francesco has been in charge of the dispute support for international arbitration proceedings whose subject was the quantification of damage to corporate image or the quantification of the damage following a contract breach for companies operating in the construction sector and for industrial companies.
Francesco holds a degree in Economics and Management from the Catholic University of Milan. He also holds the CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) certification.
