A leader in the corporate finance profession for over 30 years and with extensive knowledge of valuations, financial modeling and capital allocation, Don is the EY Global Corporate Finance Leader.
He has been transforming businesses across multiple business environments and time periods, including times of record transaction activity (like today), difficult times and significant regulatory and legislative change periods. He helps clients navigate changing economic environments and strategic and financial objectives.
He sees value creation, both financial and non-financial, at the core of everything we do. From identifying value opportunities to delivering and monitoring the value, he helps clients reach their full potential from thought to finish.
Don holds a BA in Economics and Finance from Duquesne University and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of Financial Analysts Federation. He has also participated in numerous standard-setting, regulatory and industry working groups, including the FASB valuation resource working group during the financial crisis.
