As EY US Health Leader, Carole is responsible for driving the effort to help clients navigate the rapidly evolving health ecosystem, specifically in the areas of convergence, growth, digital, regulatory compliance, risk, policy and cost optimization.
She has more than 30 years of finance experience helping both public and private sector clients serving the health industry.
In addition to her US Health role, Carole serves as the EY Southwest Region Market Segment Leader, where she spearheads the firm's efforts to bring the full strength of its assurance, consulting, tax and transactions services to health care and life sciences companies across the region.
In addition to her EY role, she is an active member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association Governance Committee.
Carole earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Sam Houston State University.
