Ripa is a Partner of EY-Parthenon, focusing on Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy in the Strategy and Transactions services.
Before joining EY Indonesia, he served as a director in a global management consulting firm. He has more than 15 years of extensive experience mainly in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, transaction structuring, debt restructuring, business plan preparation, fundraising/project financing.
Ripa earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Universitas Indonesia and an MBA from Helsinki School of Economics in Finland.
