Jonathon focuses on handling Transfer Pricing and Operating Model Effectiveness (OME) engagements. He has over 20 years of experience on projects including planning, documentation, supply chain structuring, controversy management and APA/MAP negotiations.
Jonathon has negotiated and concluded APAs in a number of jurisdictions including Australia, Canada, China, Indonesia and Singapore. These APAs have been undertaken for a range of industries from mining to industrial goods to consumer products.
Jonathon received a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Law from the University of Tasmania and has undertaken postgraduate studies in finance, accounting, international tax, data analytics and computer science at the University of Technology Sydney, University of New South Wales, Cambridge Judge Business School, and Monash University.

He has a broad range of expertise across industries, but has a particular focus on digital, fast moving consumer goods, industrial products, life sciences, and pharmaceuticals.
