Pål has 20 years of experience and advises on all mobility-related topics, such as mobility strategy, policy (re-)design and service delivery models, in addition to cross-border taxation, international social security, immigration and employment law (including posted workers directive). He acts as the first point of contact for client’s management and key stakeholders, sharing insight and perspectives to help them to achieve their mobility programs key success indicators.
Pål hold a law degree (Cand. Jur) from the University of Oslo. He has a lawyer’s license and is a member of the Norwegian Bar Association.
