Kirsti joined EY in 1996 and acts as a partner in Indirect Tax team in Finland.
She has worked as Reporting Member for Turnover Tax Court and as tax lawyer at the Finnish Tax Payers´ Association.
Kirsti holds the Master of Laws degree from University of Turku and is also trained on the bench.
Married with two adult children, cat lover. Living with husband and cat in an old log house in rural area. Hobbies: spinning, jogging and reading. Passionate theater lover.
How Kirsti is building a better working world
At the moment Kirsti acts as chairman of the board of the Finnish Tax Payers´ Association and vice chairman of the tax board of Central Chamber of Commerce. In these roles she has especially strived for legal protection, foreseeability and fairness of taxation.
Kirsti works closely together with several Finnish universities in order to build a better preparedness of students for entering the working world.
