Kero is working in EY’s People Advisory Services practice in Finland focusing on the client service management as well as on tax and social security compliance in cross-border employment and global mobility situations.
Kero joined EY in 2010 from the Finnish tax authority. He has a Master of Laws Degree from the University of Lapland.

I am looking to understand both the business needs and the internal framework of our clients to tailor our co-operation in a manner which will mitigate and remove their obstacles for the smooth business operations.
During my tenure with EY, I have been working together with various small and big Finnish based multi-national companies and their service vendors to ca-manage their international compliance obligations, as well as to improve their internal processes.
