Kaisa is a Partner in EY Finland Advisory Service Line and leads EY Technology consulting competence area. In addition to the team lead role, in the day-to-day work, she helps companies to transform their business through enabling technology in various roles. She has over 15 years of experience with SAP, both as Supply Chain consultant and as project manager. During the past years, she has worked as a senior program manager in several ERP related transformation programs.
Kaisa has a degree in M.Sc.(Economics) from Helsinki School of Economics (currently Aalto University)
How Kaisa is building a better working world
Throughout my career I have enjoyed contributing to building a better working world - first as a SAP consultant finding functioning solutions for client issues and lately also by providing my team the required support for them to do the same. And also today, I get the largest satisfaction from my work when I have been able to make my client counterparty feel that with my support his or her world is working a notch better. This is usually done for example by bringing structure to project activities or utilizing the lessons learned based on my long experience from similar situations.
