Josephine is one of the senior leaders and experts within the EY Nordic Work of the Future and Work Experience team. She has extensive knowledge and experience from leading complex change and transformation projects within work and modern employer transformation, workplace of the future implementation as well as more general business and organizational transformations.
She has also worked internationally with workplace development questions and holds a Master’s degree in Business from Uppsala University, paired with language studies in Danish and Mandarin Chinese.
