ISO 45001:2018 - Occupational Health and Safety Management System - Lead Auditor & Lead Implementer Training
Organizations today face bigger, more complex and faster-changing OH&S risk profiles requiring more leadership and worker involvement. ISO 45001:2018 provides essential tools to get this done and lower incidents structurally.
A staggering 500 million people annually suffer occupational incidents around the world, ranging from permanent injuries to burn-outs. These incidents directly impact the lives of victims and society as a whole, especially where the 6,000 daily fatalities are concerned. Adding to this impact are the financial consequences of insufficient prevention. With cost of an individual incident averaging at €3.100, it is safe to conclude that proper health and safety management has great potential for any industry.
Reducing incidents requires a systematic approach to risk management, clear distribution of H&S responsibilities amongst line and staff management and most of all, the active involvement of workers and top managers who lead continuous improvement. ISO 45001 has recognized this and, compared to OHSAS 18001, provides essential tools to work towards the realization of cultural maturity. In turn, this lowers the likelihood of incidents occurring.
Our ISO 45001 lead auditor and implementer trainings are designed to teach you how to interpret and understand the standard requirements, while enjoying the practical experience of our trainers. Our trainers possess a wealth of experience in working with the standard as auditors and implementers. Our trainers have been working as prevention officers themselves and understand the challenges.
