Strategy and Transaction (SaT) service line plays a key role in helping clients manage and navigate capital agendas, fostering innovation and facilitating sustainable growth. It provides robust analytics, industry insights and tailor-made advice to businesses globally, aiding them in identifying hidden opportunities, managing risks and optimizing operations throughout the entire transaction life cycle.
The EY NextGen Women Competition is a platform to motivate remarkable women from diverse backgrounds to explore careers in SaT. The competition kicks off at the regional level and the winner is given a unique opportunity to represent EY MENA in the global finale, connect with established business leaders, receive coaching sessions, and gain significant exposure within the industry.
In the EY NextGen Women Competition, participants get a chance to engage in a series of tasks that simulate actual business scenarios. This includes both group and individual activities designed to assess abilities such as creative thinking, problem-solving, quick decision-making, and teamwork.
How to apply?
- Start by submitting your application.
- If shortlisted, you will be invited to a virtual HR interview and given an English and Aptitude online assessment link.
- Upon completing the assessments and HR interview, you will attend a virtual interview for Strategy and Transactions Service Line to qualify for the MENA competition.
- Finalists will participate in the MENA competition in Riyadh in September 2024 where they will engage in individual and group activities to decide the winner.
- Regional winners will represent MENA in the global competition, where they will be engaging in various activities and attending the ceremony where the global champion will be declared.

Who can apply?
- Female nationals from KSA, UAE, Jordan, and Egypt.
- Possess an undergraduate degree completed in 2023 or before June 2024.
- Holds a postgraduate or master's degree completed in 2023 or before June 2024, with no more than six months of relevant work experience.
- Have a degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking and Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Econometrics, Engineering, Computer Science or other relevant areas.

About the EY NextGen Women Competition
The first phase of the competition takes place in local countries. Finalists are challenged to think critically as they undertake both group and individual challenges. The country winners are invited to attend the global final. They work together to solve a case study, culminating with the announcement of the EY NextGen Women global winner.
