After graduating the University of Economics in Prague, Martina started her career at EY as a Consultant in the Tax department, where she gradually began to specialize in international taxation, insurance and human resources issues. In 2012, she made Partner in local Mobility and Immigration Advisory Team and later expanded her expertise to the entire CEE region.
Since January 2022, Martina has been Country Managing Partner of EY Czech Republic.
In her personal life, she is a wife and a mother of two daughters, she owns three dogs, sings old music and bakes sourdough bread. "Personal life is what makes the professional one work," says Martina, for whom the most important thing in the world is to be a good person first. "It doesn't matter what position you have, where you live, what you drive, how often you talk to journalists or how many people you manage. The main thing is being human. And whether you are good or bad is not determined by what is around you, but what is inside."
