How Peter is building a better working world
My team of 50+ lawyers is the most important asset I have within EY Law. As a team leader I spend most of my time making them better lawyers, not only from a technical perspective, but also on a personal level. I lead by example by exploring new technologies, stimulating cross-subservice line team work, developing new capabilities, creating opportunities for our talent, spotting trends that are relevant for our clients and reminding the team about our corporate social responsibility. I’m fully convinced that by making them better lawyers and letting them thrive, ultimately they will serve our clients better and have a positive impact on society.
