Nick is partner in EY’s Belgian ITTS practice and leads the Transaction Tax department. He has over twenty years of experience with the Transaction Tax practice.
Nick has extensive experience in dealing with tax due diligence (buy side and sell side), tax optimized acquisition structures, real estate projects, tax effective restructuring of multinational companies and tax assistance with respect to mergers and acquisitions in general.
Nick obtained a degree in Economics at the University of Ghent. He also obtained a degree in Taxation at the Vlerick School of Management. He became a certified tax advisor in 2005.
Nick is a professor at the “Fiscale Hogeschool” in Brussels, teaching tax topics to post graduate students. He is also a member of the Belgian Venture Capital Association’s Tax & Legal Committee and Invest Europe’s Tax Committee.
