Louis-Adrien has an extensive experience in an array of valuation contexts, including: fairness opinions, deal model preparation, business valuations for tax restructuring, minority shareholder exits, purchase price allocations (pre- and post-deal), impairment tests under US GAAP and IFRS, private equity portfolio valuation.
