Kris is the Insurance Consulting leader of EY Belgium for financial services and a Partner in the Business Consulting practice.
He has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance sector and has acquired as such a deep knowledge of its processes, products and distribution. Over the last years he has led several programs on key themes in the insurance sector such as Solvency II, Claims management, Billing and Collections, Robotics and front-to-back implementations (e.g. Guidewire).
Besides program management he has performed many roles in projects, viz. Business consultancy, internal audit, Business Cases, Business (Requirements) Analysis, ERP and Process modelling.
He holds a master’s degree in Commercial Engineering in IT from the Catholic University of Leuven.
