How Kate is building a better working world

“There are so many ways to contribute to our organization’s commitment to building a better working world. With my EY Tax Leadership team, I promote and take responsibility for a culture of inclusiveness and am a member of the EY Global Diversity and Inclusiveness Steering committee.

We’ve encouraged the development of professional networks for people of all backgrounds to help advance their careers, and have a strong Corporate Responsibility program to drive efforts in our communities outside of EY.

I mentor a number of our women tax professionals and worked to launch EY’s inaugural ‘Women in Tax’ networking event to connect other professionals with potential business mentors. I’m also on the Board of the All Stars Project, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting youth development through after-school and cultural performance activities.”
