Benoit is EY EMEIA FSO Strategy and Transactions Leader (SaT).
He has been serving clients across Europe and in emerging markets, assisting them with the design and implementation of strategic transformations to improve their performance in a sustainable manner. He is also supporting them across all stages of the transaction process including M&A advisory, due diligence, valuation, restructuring and post-deal integration or separation.
Benoit holds an engineering degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Louvain and a PhD in Mathematics from Brandeis University, US.
