Anita leads the transformation practice for EY EMEIA Financial Services. Through offerings such as transformation architecture, business experience, design and execution, EY teams leverage their skills and capabilities, and those of its partners, to help solve clients’ most complex issues.

Anita has a track record of success working with CEOs, COOs and CIOs of major banks and insurers globally by helping to execute their business strategies of end-to-end digitization, cost reduction, market differentiation and growth. She is also proud to have facilitated open banking and innovation for one of the UK’s largest financial institutions.

Anita works closely with FinTechs and innovators across the industry to help drive better financial outcomes for consumers and small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs).

Anita previously led the Financial Services Consulting team in EY Asia-Pacific, driving business model optimization through digital transformation and FinTech collaboration.

Anita earned her postgraduate qualification in Strategy and Innovation at Oxford University’s Said Business School.
