An is a Partner in the CFO consulting practice of EY Belgium, focusing on Financial & Regulatory reporting and Sustainable Finance.
She has over 19 years of experience, of which 14 years as an external auditor. She has significant expertise in accounting change and regulatory reporting, supporting clients in IFRS conversion and implementation projects (IFRS 7, IFRS 9, IFRS 17,…). An has been involved in ad hoc accounting and regulatory support, analyzing impacts relating to potential transactions, support for mergers & acquisitions, COVID-19 response, share-based payment plans, hedge accounting structures,… In addition, she is supporting internal audit missions as subject matter expert on topics ranging from financial & regulatory reporting, credit risk monitoring as well as compliance topics.
She is leading the Belgian FSO workgroup on sustainable finance, supporting clients with all aspects ranging from ESG corporate & product strategy, reporting & metrics, data, embedding ESG in risk management frameworks, to external assurance.
