- EY confirms today the acquisition of VVA Brussels, a specialized consulting firm providing high-quality advisory services to public sector clients.
- The expertise and market presence of VVA Brussels is highly synergetic with and complementary to the skills and contracts of the existing EY team.
- Following this acquisition, EY Belgium will welcome a team of 50 experienced people – including 3 partners: Pierre Hausemer, Monica Pesce and Martin Jensen.
VVA Brussels is the Belgian subsidiary of the Italian independent consulting group Valdani Vicari Associati (VVA), founded in Milan in 1992. The acquisition applies only to the subsidiary VVA Brussels, founded in London in 2012 with the creation of the EU policy consultancy practice, which then moved to Brussels in 2015 to further develop VVA’s offering in the area of policy in the “heart” of Europe. VVA Brussels has quickly become a well-known and reputable company in the EU market and a key service provider in the area of regulatory studies, policy, market and economic analysis (including aerospace tech & defense market intelligence and policy services, consumer policy services, economic consultancy, legal and regulatory analysis).
