How Liz is building a better working world
“My role is to help investors find and invest in businesses that they can grow into the successes of tomorrow. I’m excited that private equity is increasingly seeing that the convergence of business success and societal impact can create growth sustainably. It’s fulfilling to see how much of the work we’ve done together over the last decade has helped create these successes.
I’m also proud to actively promote diversity and inclusion both in our own firm, but also more broadly across the private equity sector through collaboration with the industry bodies driving this agenda. There is a lot more to do, but there is plenty of enthusiasm and desire for change!”
