How Martin is building a better working world
Martin is passionate about increasing the life quality of everyone through better working public institutions: “Literally everyone is a client of public institutions. Hence, increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the public sector translates into ‘working for the many. This is what motivates me and my team.
I include my clients in the process of our work. Whereas our clients usually bring along their immense expertise for a specific subject, we help to identify the root problem and to find a corresponding solution. I guide my clients through asking the better questions.”
Martin is also a strong advocate of EY’s ESG goals: He is demonstrating sustainability as a daily routine e.g., as a donor of a mid-sized forest of 5,501 trees (ca. 4-6 hectares) to compensate for his personal CO2 footprint. As a result of his efforts, he was awarded with the Environmental Award of the City of Frankfurt am Main.
